The sieve hydrocyclone module is a combination of a group of hydrocyclones with a high-frequency dewatering screen, a slurry pump, and a settling sump, combined into a single system. The choice of hydrocyclone models and their number in the installed battery depends on:
The technological tasks set for the quality and required size of the sand product fractions;
The particle size distribution of the feed material;
The overall productivity of the enrichment complex.
The sieve hydrocyclone module can be installed either separately on a supporting metal structure (in this case, fine-grained sand, after dewatering on a screen, is transported to a separate cone), or directly above the classifier (in this case, fine-grained sand, after dewatering on a screen, is combined with coarse-grained sand after the classifier, and the combined sand mass is transported to a common cone).
