This method is easy to use even when there is not enough space for manipulation, in hard-to-reach places. The downtime of the equipment with this type of connection is minimal and is approximately 10 hours.

Types of damage to conveyor (transport) belts that can be repaired:

Longitudinal cuts in the conveyor belt (of any length, through and deep cuts);
Through punctures in the conveyor belt;
Damage to the side of the conveyor belt;
Damage to the lining of the conveyor belt;
Transverse cuts in rubber-fabric conveyor belts (up to 20% of the belt width).
Gema Trade LLC carries out repairs of conveyor (transport) belts, joining conveyor (transport) belts, gluing conveyor (transport) belts, vulcanizing conveyor (transport) belts, both at the customer’s facility and at its own production facility (for subsequent shipment to the customer).

Chevroning of conveyor belts

To increase the productivity of a conveyor operating at an incline, chevroning (corrugation) of conveyor belts is used.

Using cold vulcanization, Gema Trade LLC glues various types of chevrons onto the conveyor.
