High-frequency rattles
- Gema Trading LLC supplies high-frequency screens for dry and wet screening of materials, dewatering, desliming, and washing of suspensions.
- High-frequency screens are designed for dry or wet screening of bulk materials with a bulk density of no more than 2.8 t/m³, desliming, dewatering, and washing of slurry from enrichment products. They can be used for screening sand, ores, and a wide range of other materials.
- Design features: Bolted construction of the vibrating screen box; Highly efficient twin motor vibrators; Modular tensioning system for different types of screens; Internal surfaces protected by wear-resistant lining; Highly efficient rubber shock absorbers designed for harsh operating conditions; their use instead of springs significantly increases the efficiency of the box vibration and ensures maximum screening or dewatering of the material with minimum energy consumption; Adjustable amplitude; Robust construction, resistant to vibration loads; Additional dewatering area at the pulp loading point; Removable support for replacing the screen type. Additional equipment for the screen: Integrated washing system with nozzles on each deck; Slotted, polyurethane, or rubber screens; Division of the deck into two streams for dewatering products of different sizes; Dust cover.
