Грохоти інерційні самобалансні (ГІСЛ)
- Inertial self-balancing screens are designed for screening bulk materials with a bulk density of 1.4 t/m³.
- Self-balancing inertial screens are designed for screening bulk materials with a bulk density of 1.4 t/m³. They are used in dewatering, desliming, and screening operations for coal, anthracite, and combustible shale, as well as for separating slurry from enrichment products. For certain categories of materials, we manufacture reinforced GSS screens (thickened sides and overlays, thickened seamless pipes, reinforced bearings).
Design features:
Bolted construction of the vibrating box of the screen;
Inertial vibrator of our own production – 2 pcs.;
Direct (coupling) torque transmission system;
Transverse (longitudinal, wedge) screen tensioning system;
Protective covers for rotating parts (vibrator unbalances);
Vibration-resistant bearings for heavy-duty operation;
Consistent lubricant supply system;
Springs for heavy-duty operation;
Adjustable oscillation amplitude;
Screen sides and linings made of 09G2S or 10XSND steel;
Rubber-lined loading chute.
Additional equipment for the screen:
Integrated screen washing system with nozzles on each deck;
Slide gates on discharge chutes;
Dust cover;
Wear-resistant rubber lining of beams, discharge chutes, and screen sides;
Removable screen replacements (cross, longitudinal, wedge fasteners).
